本条款适用于您访问武汉未限极索人工智能应用软件有限公司（“我们”）的网站、订阅邮件，以及购买或使用 RuYi 智能陪伴玩具和相关功能。下单或使用产品前，请同时阅读隐私政策。
1. 接受条款
访问网站、提交订阅、提交订单或使用玩具、App 与在线功能，即表示您已阅读并同意本条款和隐私政策。如果您不同意，请停止使用。
为儿童购买或设置产品的，您确认自己是该儿童的家长或其他监护人，有权同意相关功能和信息处理。
2. 我们提供什么
我们销售智能陪伴玩具，并提供网站所描述的配套能力：语音交互、故事与学习内容、益智游戏、内容过滤、家长控制 App，以及通过联网进行的 OTA 升级。网站上的 AI 对话是浏览器内的体验预览，用来展示适龄回应方式，不等于实体玩具的全部功能。

常见问题说明，不同系列面向约 2–12 岁儿童，并提及家庭中的年长使用者。建议年龄是选购参考，请监护人根据实际使用者自行判断。标价为人民币。除非付款前订单页另行显示，当前运费为包邮，应付金额为商品标价。
3. 订单与 PayPal 付款
下单时需要填写收货人姓名、电子邮箱和收货地址，并前往 PayPal 付款。请保证这些信息真实、完整。因地址或收件人信息错误造成的延误、退回或未能签收，由您承担相应后果；商品退回后如需重寄，费用由您承担。
订单页会显示商品名称、数量、运费和合计。您提交订单并经 PayPal 成功付款后，针对该商品的买卖合同成立。付款完成前，我们可以更正明显的标价错误；如果错误价格与合理价格差异显著，我们可以取消订单并全额退款。
PayPal 负责处理支付账户和银行卡信息。我们根据 PayPal 返回的支付结果履约。付款失败或被撤销的，合同不成立，我们没有发货义务。
4. 配送
我们将在订单确认后的合理期限内发货。页面不承诺固定送达天数，实际时效以物流信息为准。风险在商品交付给订单载明的收货人时转移给您。签收时请检查外包装和配件。
5. 取消、退货与退款
- 发货前：您可以打电话或发邮件取消订单。对已成功支付的金额，我们将通过 PayPal 原路全额退回。
- 七日无理由退货：根据《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》，消费者通常可以自签收之日起七日内退货，无需说明理由。退回的商品应当完好，配件、充电器和可退回的包装应一并寄回。退回前请解除家长控制绑定，使商品可以被再次检查和销售。因购买方原因致使商品不完好的，我们可以在退款中扣除相应费用。
- 质量问题：商品存在质量问题的，我们依法承担修理、更换或退货责任。请在发现问题后尽快联系我们，并提供订单信息和问题说明。
- 运费：非质量原因的无理由退货，寄回运费由购买方承担。质量问题或我们发错货的，退回运费由我们承担。
- 退款路径：验收通过后，退款退回原 PayPal 付款账户。到账时间以 PayPal 为准。
办理退货前，请先通过本条款所列电话或邮箱与我们确认退回地址。请勿在未联系的情况下把商品寄往未知地址。
6. 产品使用
玩具可以在没有网络的环境下使用。联网后可以升级，并使用需要网络的完整交互。页面说明的电池续航约为 4–8 小时，随附充电器的充电时间约为 2–3 小时，部分型号支持 USB-C。实际时间会随音量、交互频率和电池状态变化，该说明不是对每一台设备的固定承诺。
请按随附说明充电和使用，不要私自拆卸。低龄儿童使用时应由成人看管，并避免接触不适合其年龄的小零件和充电部件。产品不能代替成人看护。
7. 人工智能功能
语音回复、故事、儿歌、学科内容和游戏仅供陪伴与趣味学习。它们不构成医疗、心理咨询、教育评估或任何专业意见，也不保证学习成绩或特定发育结果。
内容会经过审核，以提供适合儿童的健康内容。模型回复仍可能出现不准确、不完整或不适当的情况。监护人应抽查使用情况，并在 App 中设置内容过滤和使用时长。
网站演示中的对话在浏览器本地生成，不代表玩具在联网后的全部表现，也不能用于紧急求助。遇到紧急情况，请联系当地紧急服务，不要依赖玩具或网页演示。
8. 可接受的使用
您不得，也不得允许儿童或他人：
- 利用网站、玩具或 App 从事违法活动，或生成、传播违法和侵害他人权益的内容；
- 故意绕过内容过滤、家长时限或其他安全措施；
- 干扰网站、支付或升级服务，或未经授权访问相关系统；
- 对软件进行反向工程、复制或转售，法律明确允许的情形除外；
- 去除产品上的标识，或把产品宣传成我们未作出的医疗或教育保证。
9. 订阅邮件
提交邮箱即表示您同意接收产品更新、优惠活动和育儿小贴士。您可以随时退订：回复该邮件，或发送邮件至 support@ruyitoy.top，或拨打 86 - 13367265230。退订不影响退订前已经发出的邮件，也不影响订单和售后所必需的通知。
10. 知识产权
网站文字、图片、版式、商标、产品软件和内置内容，归我们或相应权利人所有。RuYi 名称用于标识本系列产品。未经许可，不得复制、修改或用于商业用途。
您对本人提供的语音和文字保留权利。为了完成回复、内容审核和故障处理，您授予我们一项有限的、非独占的许可，仅可将这些内容用于提供和改进您正在使用的该项功能。
11. 服务变更
OTA 升级可能增加、调整或移除某项功能。我们会尽量保持核心陪伴功能可用，但网络、第三方支付、设备和内容授权的变化可能影响个别能力。网站可能短时维护。计划内的重大中断，我们将尽可能提前在网站说明。
12. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，对于因不可抗力、网络或电力中断、PayPal 或物流服务中断、按说明以外的方式使用产品所造成的间接损失，我们不承担责任。
本条款不排除或限制法律不允许排除的责任，包括人身伤害责任、因故意或重大过失造成的责任，以及消费者享有的强制性权利。产品描述中的用户评价和宣传用语不构成额外的质量担保。
13. 条款更新与文本
我们可能更新本条款，并在本页公布新的生效日期。更新生效后，您继续下单或使用产品，即表示您接受更新后的条款。已经成立的订单仍按付款时的条款履行，但法律强制性规定除外。
中文版本与英文版本供对照阅读。如两种文本不一致，以中文版本为准。
14. 适用法律与争议
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。发生争议时，请先通过下方电话或邮箱与我们协商。协商不成的，任何一方可以向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。消费者权益争议，您也可以向消费者协会或有关行政部门投诉。

These terms apply when you visit the website of Wuhan Weixianjisuo Artificial Intelligence Application Software Co., Ltd. (“we”), subscribe to emails, or buy and use RuYi companion toys and related features. Please also read the Privacy Policy before you order or use a product.
1. Acceptance
By visiting the website, submitting a subscription, placing an order, or using a toy, the app or an online feature, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.
If you buy or set up a product for a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or guardian and that you may consent to the related features and information processing.
2. What we offer
We sell companion toys and the capabilities described on the website: voice interaction, stories and learning content, educational games, content filtering, a parental-control app, and OTA updates over a network connection. The AI conversation on the website is a browser preview of how age-appropriate replies work. It is not the full feature set of the physical toy.

The FAQ describes the series as intended for children about 2–12 and also mentions older family members. Suggested ages are a buying guide. A guardian should decide whether a product fits the person who will use it. Prices are in RMB. Unless the order page shows otherwise before you pay, shipping is free and the amount due is the listed product price.
3. Orders and PayPal
Checkout asks for the recipient’s name, email address and shipping address, and payment is made with PayPal. You must provide information that is true and complete. Delay, return or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or recipient is your responsibility. If a returned parcel must be sent again, you bear that cost.
The order page shows the product name, quantity, shipping and total. A contract for that item is formed when you submit the order and PayPal confirms that payment succeeded. Before payment is complete, we may correct an obvious pricing error. If an incorrect price differs materially from the reasonable price, we may cancel the order and refund the payment in full.
PayPal processes payment-account and card details. We fulfill an order from the payment result PayPal returns. If payment fails or is reversed, no contract is formed and we have no duty to ship.
4. Delivery
We ship within a reasonable time after the order is confirmed. The website does not promise a fixed number of delivery days. Timing follows the carrier’s updates. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the recipient named in the order. Please inspect the packaging and accessories when you receive them.
5. Cancellation, returns and refunds
- Before shipment: you may cancel by phone or email. Amounts already paid are refunded in full to the original PayPal payment.
- Seven-day returns: under the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, a consumer may generally return goods within seven days after receipt without giving a reason. Returned goods should be in good condition, with accessories, the charger and any returnable packaging. Please remove the parental-control binding before you return an item so it can be inspected and sold again. If the buyer has made the goods no longer sound, we may deduct a corresponding amount from the refund.
- Quality issues: if a product has a quality defect, we will repair, replace or accept a return as required by law. Contact us promptly and include the order details and a description of the issue.
- Postage: the buyer pays return postage for a no-reason return that is not based on a defect. We pay return postage for a defect or for an item we shipped by mistake.
- Refund path: after we accept the return, the refund goes back to the original PayPal payment. PayPal determines when it arrives.
Contact us on the phone number or email in these terms and confirm the return address before you send anything back. Do not ship a product to an address we have not confirmed.
6. Using the products
The toys can be used without a network connection. A connection enables updates and the full interaction that depends on the network. The website describes battery life of about 4–8 hours and charging of about 2–3 hours with the included charger. Some models support USB-C. Actual times vary with volume, how often the toy is used and the condition of the battery. Those figures are not a fixed promise for every unit.
Charge and use the product as the included instructions describe, and do not open it. Young children should be supervised by an adult and kept away from small parts and charging components that are not appropriate for their age. The product is not a substitute for adult supervision.
7. Artificial intelligence
Voice replies, stories, songs, subject content and games are for companionship and learning through play. They are not medical advice, psychological counseling, an educational assessment or any other professional opinion. They do not promise academic results or a particular developmental outcome.
Content is reviewed to keep it healthy and suitable for children. Replies may still be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Guardians should check in on use and set content filters and time limits in the app.
Conversation in the website preview is generated locally in the browser. It does not represent everything the toy will do online, and it must not be used for emergencies. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Do not rely on the toy or the web preview.
8. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow a child or anyone else to:
- use the website, toy or app for anything unlawful, or to create or spread content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights;
- deliberately bypass content filters, parental time limits or other safety measures;
- interfere with the website, payment or update services, or access those systems without authorization;
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the software, except where the law expressly allows it;
- remove product markings, or advertise the product with medical or educational promises we have not made.
9. Email subscription
Submitting an email address means you agree to receive product updates, offers and parenting tips. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to such an email, writing to support@ruyitoy.top, or calling 86 - 13367265230. Unsubscribing does not recall messages already sent, and it does not stop notices that an order or after-sales request requires.
10. Intellectual property
Text, images, layout, trademarks, product software and built-in content on the website belong to us or the relevant rights holder. The RuYi name identifies this product series. You may not copy, modify or commercially exploit those materials without permission.
You keep your rights in voice and text you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content only to reply, review content safety and troubleshoot the feature you are using, and to improve that feature.
11. Changes to the service
An OTA update may add, change or remove a feature. We will try to keep the core companion functions available, but changes in networks, third-party payments, devices and content licenses can affect individual capabilities. The website may be unavailable for short maintenance. Where a significant interruption is planned, we will explain it on the website when we reasonably can.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by force majeure, interruption of networks or power, interruption of PayPal or a carrier, or use of a product in a way the instructions do not describe.
These terms do not exclude or limit liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for personal injury, liability for intent or gross negligence, and mandatory consumer rights. Reviews and promotional wording on the product pages are not an additional warranty.
13. Updates and language
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date on this page. If you place an order or keep using a product after an update takes effect, you accept the updated terms. An order already formed is fulfilled on the terms in effect when you paid, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
The Chinese and English texts are provided for side-by-side reading. If they differ, the Chinese text prevails.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If a dispute arises, please contact us first on the phone number or email below. If we cannot resolve it, either party may bring a claim in a people’s court that has jurisdiction. For a consumer dispute, you may also complain to a consumer association or the relevant administrative authority.
