本政策说明武汉未限极索人工智能应用软件有限公司（“我们”）在您访问网站、购买 RuYi 智能陪伴玩具、订阅邮件、使用语音交互或家长控制功能时，如何收集、使用、存储和保护个人信息。请与服务条款一并阅读。

本政策适用于我们的产品网站，以及网站所介绍的 RuYi 智能陪伴机器人、RuYi 绒绒兔、RuYi 安抚玩偶、配套家长控制 App、在线对话演示和客户服务。

2. 我们收集的信息

2.1 您主动提供的信息

订单信息：收货人姓名、电子邮箱、收货地址，以及所购商品、数量和金额。这些信息用于确认订单和配送。
付款信息：付款通过 PayPal 完成。我们不存储您的完整银行卡号、PayPal 密码或支付账户凭证。我们接收支付是否成功、金额和交易编号，以便发货、对账和退款。
订阅信息：您在“订阅获取最新产品信息”中提交的电子邮箱，用于发送产品信息、优惠活动和育儿小贴士。

2.2 玩具与家长控制 App

实体玩具可以不联网使用。联网后可以进行升级，并使用依赖网络的交互能力。在联网使用或打开家长控制 App 时，我们可能处理：

语音或文字交互内容，用于理解问题并返回故事、问答、儿歌或游戏回复；
使用时长、功能使用情况，以及家长设置的内容过滤和使用时限；
设备电量、软件版本和实现升级、故障排查所需要的设备信息。App 会显示电池电量。

网站上的“AI 对话体验”是在您的浏览器中运行的演示。您输入的文字只在本地用于匹配预设回复，不会上传到我们的服务器，我们也不据此建立对话档案。

2.3 网站自动产生的信息

为维持网站安全与正常运行，服务器日志可能包含浏览器类型、访问时间和来源页面。我们使用浏览器本地存储记住您选择的中文或英文界面。当前网站不接入第三方广告或流量分析工具。

3. 我们如何使用这些信息

接受订单、按订单页所示安排包邮配送，并处理售后；
通过 PayPal 收款、对账和退款；
向您订阅的邮箱发送产品更新、优惠和育儿小贴士，您可以随时退订；
提供语音交互、故事、学习内容、益智游戏和适龄内容过滤；
让家长查看使用情况、设置使用时长并进行内容管理；
推送 OTA 升级、显示电量和处理故障；
回复电话和邮件，保障账户与交易安全，并遵守法律。

我们不会出售个人信息，也不会仅凭自动化决策对您作出具有法律或类似重大影响的决定。

4. 我们如何共享信息

我们不会把您的个人信息出售给第三方，也不会把订阅邮箱交给第三方用于其独立营销。这与订阅栏中“不会向第三方分享您的信息”的说明一致。

我们只在下列必要情形共享：

PayPal：处理付款和退款。支付账户信息由 PayPal 按其自身隐私政策处理。

网站演示对话：不上传，也不在我们的服务器保存。

我们采取与风险相称的访问控制和传输保护。互联网传输无法保证绝对安全。请只通过本政策公布的电话和邮箱联系我们，并留意仿冒联系方式。

8. 您的权利

根据适用的个人信息保护法律，您可以请求查阅、复制、更正、补充或删除个人信息，撤回对订阅等可选处理的同意，并要求我们解释本政策。监护人可以代为行使这些权利。撤回同意不影响撤回前已进行的处理。

This policy explains how Wuhan Weixianjisuo Artificial Intelligence Application Software Co., Ltd. (“we”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit this website, buy a RuYi companion toy, subscribe to emails, or use voice interaction and parental controls. Please read it together with the Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

The operator is Wuhan Weixianjisuo Artificial Intelligence Application Software Co., Ltd. (武汉未限极索人工智能应用软件有限公司).

This policy covers our product website and the products and services described on it: the RuYi Smart Companion Robot, RuYi Fluffy Bunny, RuYi Soothing Plush, the companion parental-control app, the on-page conversation preview, and customer support.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

Orders: recipient name, email address, shipping address, and the product, quantity and price. We use this to confirm and deliver the order.
Payments: checkout is completed with PayPal. We do not store your full card number, PayPal password or payment credentials. We receive the payment result, amount and transaction reference so we can ship, reconcile and refund.
Newsletter: the email address you submit under “Subscribe for the latest updates,” used to send product news, offers and parenting tips.
Support: the contact details, order information and messages you provide when you call 86 - 13367265230 or email support@ruyitoy.top.

2.2 Toys and the parental-control app

The toys can be used without a network connection. Connecting them enables software updates and features that depend on the network. When a toy is online, or when the parental-control app is used, we may process:

voice or text interactions, so the product can answer questions and return stories, songs or games;
usage time, feature use, and the content filters and time limits a parent sets;
battery level, software version and the device information needed for updates and troubleshooting. Battery level can be viewed in the app.

The “AI conversation” on this website is a preview that runs in your browser. Text you type is matched locally to prepared replies. It is not uploaded to our servers, and we do not build a chat profile from it.

2.3 Information generated by the website

Server logs may include browser type, time of visit and referring page so we can keep the site secure and available. We store your Chinese or English language choice in the browser. This website does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tools.

3. How we use information

To accept orders and arrange the free shipping shown at checkout, and to handle after-sales requests;
To take payment, reconcile transactions and issue refunds through PayPal;
To send product updates, offers and parenting tips to an address you subscribed, which you may cancel at any time;
To provide voice interaction, stories, learning content, games and age-appropriate content filtering;
To let parents review use, set time limits and manage content;
To deliver OTA updates, show battery status and fix faults;
To answer calls and emails, protect transactions, and comply with the law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not give newsletter addresses to third parties for their own marketing. That matches the statement in the subscribe section that we do not share your information with third parties.

We share information only where it is needed:

PayPal, to take payments and issue refunds. PayPal handles payment-account data under its own privacy policy.
A shipping provider, which receives the recipient’s name, address and the details required to deliver the order.
Technical providers who process information only on our instructions where that is required to return a voice reply, store content or deliver a software update.
Where the law, a legal claim, a regulator, or the protection of users and the public requires it.

5. Local storage and cookies

We use local storage to remember your language. If you clear site data, the pages return to Chinese. PayPal may set its own cookies when you pay. This website does not set advertising cookies.

6. Where we keep information, and for how long

We operate in Wuhan, China, and personal information is in principle stored in the People’s Republic of China. When you pay with PayPal, PayPal processes the payment information under its own rules, which may involve the regions used in that payment flow. We do not otherwise transfer personal information outside China on our own initiative. If a transfer is required, we will obtain consent or complete another step the law requires.

Orders and transaction records: kept until the order is fulfilled, and longer where e-commerce, tax or consumer-protection rules require it.
Newsletter addresses: kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted or anonymized unless the law requires us to retain them.
Support records: kept for a reasonable period after the matter is closed.
Voice and interaction content from online use: kept only as long as needed to reply, to keep content safe, and to improve that feature.
The website conversation preview: not uploaded and not stored on our servers.

7. Security

We use access controls and protections for transmission that match the risk. No internet transmission is completely secure. Please contact us only on the phone number and email address published in this policy, and be cautious of look-alike contact details.

8. Your rights

Under applicable personal-information law, you may ask to access, receive a copy of, correct, complete or delete personal information, withdraw consent for optional processing such as the newsletter, and ask us to explain this policy. A parent or guardian may exercise these rights for a child. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before the withdrawal.

Contact us by the phone number or email below. We may ask for the email or order details used at checkout so we can confirm who is asking. We will respond within 15 business days after we verify the request.

If you believe your rights have been harmed, you may contact us, complain to the authority responsible for personal-information protection, or bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the products, payment methods or the law change, and we will post the new effective date on this page. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will post a notice on the website or email the address you gave us. Continuing to use the services after the update takes effect means you have read the updated policy.

The Chinese and English texts are provided for side-by-side reading. If they differ, the Chinese text prevails.
